new day

so i have not been writing things down lately and that is BAD. it makes all the difference in the world. tomorrow i start the new phase. i start going to the gym. i have to. i just have to. i don't want to get up at 5.45am, but i know it's going to be worth it.

Working out is the best! Give it a chance and I know you will grow to like it and appreciate it. However, it's really difficult for me to work out in the morning. I prefer evenings. Experiment and find what works for YOU.
