another one bites the dust

one and half more pounds gone.
it's slow.
but it's going.

new favorite treat:

weight watchers choclate fudgesicles ..... 1 point! sooo good!

it WILL be slow. that's how you lose weight for real, and how you KEEP IT OFF. if you feel at all discouraged, remember that 1-2 lbs is the recommended amount to lose. so... CONGRATULATIONS!!!

when you find yourself plateuing, it's time to throw exercise into the mix (if you aren't already). i think that is what kept me from plateauing and honestly has been such a valuable thing that i have added to my life. i love it and need it in a way i never would have thought.

skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are SO good and i *think* they are 2 points.
